- Does not roll in either direction by 5 months.
- Can’t sit even with help by 6 months
- Does not laugh or make squeaking sounds by 6 months
- Reaches only with one hand by 7 months
- Refuses to cuddle by 7 months
- Show no affection for the person who cares for him by 7 months
- Persistent tearing eyes drainage or sensitivity to light by 7 months.
- Still finding it difficult to get objects to mouth by 7 months
- Seems very stiff with tight muscles by 7th month
- Head still flops back when body pulled to a sitting position
