- Has trouble moving eyes or crosses them most of the time.
- Looses a lot of milk from the corner of baby’s mouth
- Keeps their head turned only one way
- Does not watch items slowly pass in front of her by turning her eyes and or head?
- Does not respond to Loud noises
- Does not notice own hands by two months
- Does not grasp objects by 3 months
- Does not smile at people by 3 months
- Can’t support head by 3 months
- Does not babble or try imitate sounds by 4th months
- Does not push down feet with legs when on firm surface by 4th month
